Hi Jitendra,
As you are pursuing your MCA, I am quite sure by now you would have been able to figure out your strengths and weak areas, and putting this analysis in use along with your area of interests, you need to make that decision.
As for the mentioned courses DBA and JAVA are entirely different streams of IT. Oracle DBA is a course opted for a career in data base and JAVA is a software language and pursuing this course/ language will fetch you opportunities in the software development field.
So, it is important that you decide for yourself and based on your career preference shoul make that choice.
