hi sir, i was a student of ICG college Jaipur affilitated to the university of Rajasthan and my migration certficate is not accepting.

i gt my migration certificate 4m d univ of Rajasthan in wiz name, father's name and enrollment no. everything is hand written, now i got admitted to another univ, but they are not accepting this certificate. to prove that i was a student of ICG,Jaipur, afiilitated to univ of Rajasthan, wht shl i do
