Krishna, as you know AICTE approval is necessary for Technical education. So M Tech in correspondence are not approved by AICTE now a days. So i suggest you join regular M Tech

At present there are not many colleges offering MTech thru distance learning. BITS pilani offers MS program thru distance learning, KSOU www.ksoucollege.com offers MTech. Check out these sites and courses.
