I'm working in the hospital as a junior executive in the laboratory, I finished my B.Sc. MLT,. I need extra qualifications which will developed me in future. What I need to study MBA or M.Sc.

If you want to enhance your knowledge in your current field, then go for M.Sc. And if you want to earn money through what you know or I can say to start your own business in future then go for MBA. After MBA, you can get a better salary.
