Hi,
To pursue LLB, you should be a graduate in a relevant discipline (3 years) after class XII.
Else you can also opt for 5 year integrated BA LLB or B.com LLB which is allowed after class XII.

You can join for LLB there is no ploblem with open university...
just remind that your university should be DEC/AICTC/UGC Approved...
