Hi sir/mam. I appeared for cbse 12th board in 2013 and failed. I idnt appear/dropped in 2014.can i appear in 2015?

Yes, you can appear again, but prior to that analyze the reasons of your failure and set them right.

Yes, you have to apply again in 12th with the board or school
