Hi Sir, Mechanical engineer passed out 2002,working as a Automotive Design Engineer 12 years of exp, 5 years as overseas Exp.
I dont see much growth for me in technical field and want to move into the management role. 1.Do you feel an executive / full time MBA will help me and 2. what are the best institute for me.3. whats is the selection process for those institute. I am BE Mechanical 2002. Avg score B.E = 57%, 12th=83%

Rahul as per your profile if you are able to crack for iim than full time MBA has a worth otherwise leaving job is not a good decisions. Because the average institutes MBA without experience and distance MBA with experience
