Choose amongst the subjects you have mentioned (preferably Economics, Political Science, English) and do graduation Honors. Then go for post graduation in any one of them, and then prepare hard to give UGC NET exam. In the meantime after your post graduation get into M.Phil or PhD. Once you clear yo
