Hi sir My name in admit card is Vanish Saurabhbhai Shah and in adhar card is Shah Vanish Saurabhbhai then I have to download an undertaking?

Hello Vanish Shah, normal speaking the shifting of surname could be understood by the people who are manning the table which will check the antecedents of the students. But I would still like to advise you that please get this name corrected and have only in one format. Unless otherwise specified the surname comes last and whenever certain form filling areas they insist on surname being first then it is understood that you are name will come next.
