IS IT CORRECT DECISION OR NOT
PLEASE HELP ME I NEED TO PREPARE FOR GRE AND TOEFL ASAP.
IF I APPLY ON MCA THEY WILL REJECT OR ACCEPT.
IF I APPLY ON B.SC WHETHER THEY WILL ACCEPT OR NOT DUE TO LONG GAP(2005)

Since you have an MCA at hand you can thin of seeking opportunities in doing research. An MS will be yet another masters course which may be pursued if you are really interested to attain yet another masters degree..
