I know a person from commerce background who did his maths in D.U. So, going by that, yes, you shall be eligible but if I get it right it is at few select colleges & with regards to JMC as it is under DU, you should clearly be eligible.

If you have commerce with Maths in 10+2 then you will be eligible for BSc Maths but if you have only commerce as the main stream, then you are not eligible. -
