HI this is Daniel from India . im plannig to do masters in canada, but unfortunately my Ielts score is 6 bands. so im opting PG Dip course. and is there any possibility to change my course. i.e. to PG di to Masters..???and i would like to know about Seneca college?certificates worth in India.
