hi, This is Jithin. .Presently im workin with a construction company as admin and hr.)8 months of experience.But i would like to pursue my carrier in the field of HR. i wanted to know if, i do my PGDHRM from symbiosis,it would help me in future and my opportunites in corporate world.

To succeed in HR, you require innane or natural skills. You cannot become an HR professional. Kindly give it lot of thought. Ultimately HR is the driver, of any orgaization. People do not work for companies. People work for people. You need to have it in you, to succeed in HR.

mansi ,in oder to have more better career opportunities in the field of HR it would be a good option if you pursue PGDHRM from symbiosis. already having some experience in admin and hr will put you in a more advantageous to better understand the practical aspects related to the field of HR.
