You should decide your area of working first i.e. software development, Language or networking. These courses are available at many computer institutes as per their specialization.

Dear Madhu if at this stage u still thinks that u r not understanding the IT well mean there is a gap between ur high quality and fundamental concepts. If u r doing something without knowing why r u doing it means something is missing in ur conceptual. This is my analysis after reading ur question.
