Hi, this is preeti, i have completed BBA (Finance) in 2009, & later on i was working in a company as a reasearch assistant but i left almost 3-4 months before,as dat was not accounts based job. Now my problem is, i want to work as accountant but companies prefer experianced people so wat shal i do?

Well, you've already got an experience of almost a year and a half and that's very true that companies prefer experienced prospect for accountant like position of high responsibility.
