Hi, this is vidhya, i am studying 1st yr Bsc n want to do my Phd in physics,,, can u pls guide me abt this.. Pls???

Are der any institutes whic allow to get Phd directly aft Bsc ,or Msc is must?? I m pursuing my Bsc in Bangalore university can i continue my highr studies in dis university only ??.. If not Phd wat r other suggestions fr me ? can i getinto companies lyk NAL,HAL or so..?
