Hi to all, I have done my Engineering in Electronics & telecommunication and am currently working as a trainee in a company where i am doing HR project ..I am liking it am thinking of shifting towards HR.what should i do should i go in technical or management ......which one has better career/salary

hi you should shift only if u are really keenly interested in electronics and telecomuunication . Because without your passion, u cann't grow to the ladder of success in career and salary both.
