Hi, To pursue MBA would a graduatate diploma in any stream help????I have work experience of over 3 yrs nw so would this help???

Not exactly. You should be a graduate for sure with a degree from a UGC recognised university.
Now, any education is usefull. So if you do some course along with ur graduation, it would help you for sure

In order to to MBA from abroad you should have a recognised bachelors degree with relevant work experience however GMAT is applicable in most of the good universities in Europe along with TOEFL/ IELTS scores. Since you have asked this question under Switzerland category then let me tell
