Would like to know the meaning of "The Institute of Distance Learning has been approved by DEC on the recommendation of a Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC, New Delhi vide Letter No. DEC/Recog/2010/2264 dated 4th August 2010." Is this approved by AICTE UGC and DEC?

This type of approval need for technical education like UGC and AICTE

Hi Ritwik,
As per the official website of AICTE, No institution shall offer Technical program or course without approval of the Council.
So as per the above statement it means the institute is now AICTE approved.
