hii have completed my BCA in 2012….and m looking forward to take admission in pgdm but m confused regarding from which stream i should do

Hi, As per your profile I would suggest that you should work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies. The advantage of this step would be that after working you will know in which field you are actually interested in i.e. if you are interested in technical field then you can pursue MCA, whereas if you are interested in management you can pursue MBA.I would suggest that before opting for any course you must first decide in which field you wish to build your career and accordingly you can select the best course that can further enhance your career prospects. mgmt has many fields like hrm, marketing, operations, finance, systems or sectoral fields. it is ur choice in which field u want to specialise. given ur qualification systems would be highly recommended. But mgmt being a vast subject it offers mobility and flexibility a graduate in any discipline can choose any specialisation he/she wishes. its not rigid as in the case of conventional degrees wherein one can pursue an MSc/MCom/MA in his relevant subjects only. Hence it is entirely ur personal choice in which discipline u want to make a career. So best thing for u is to go thru the syllabus of all the disciplines that u hv shortlisted which is available on any university website and then go ahead from there. Plan it and go ahead with it. wish u luck!!!!!!!
