Hii, I am pursuing BCA (3rd year) and now I want to do MBA with IT. Will I get some preference in it due to BCA ?

Well preference in what terms, see if you want to pursue MBA in IT Then the most important thing is good college if you clear its written entrance exam then they will check your knowledge in interview as you belong to same stream. You will get its benefit during ur MBA as some subjects are similar.

No you dont have any preference because you have a BCA degree. Admission process for MBA is going its established system.

Not directly, but yes the knowledge gained in BCA will help you in clearing the PI stage when a lot many questions related to IT field will be asked to you.
