Hi Ravinder, I would like to inform you that in Canada, to get visa successfully under SPP program, IELTS score is require, TOEFL is not acceptable under SPP program. So its advisable for you to clear IELTS exam with 6.5 to 6 bands – depending upon your course requirement before applying for visa. E
