hii i am student of bpharm 1st year i want a shift to pharmacy college in uk or usa directly in second year . is this possible ??

You can apply and try. Pharmacy courses in UK may not exactly match the papers you have done here in teh first year. It is a three year course in UK. Hence youc an start first year itself is better.
