Yes, you are eligible.
Eligibility criteria for admission :
Minimum 45% required in class 12th with Mathematics as a mandatory subject.
Aggregate of one language and three best elective subjects would be considered as best four subjects (BFS).
Environmental Education (ISC), Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Painting, Dance, Music, Physical Education, Home Science, Engineering Drawing and all other vocational subjects are not considered as BFS.

Yes, you will easily get B.Com honors in LSRCC according to your class 12th result. Also, you may get a seat in the 1st or 2nd round of DU cutoff.
