hii I have 3 years of experience in engg feild, i want to get in to finance field. Should i go for part time MBA of CFA ?

Hi,
You can ideally go with MBA Finance and pick CFA simultaneously once you get comfortable with the financial techniques.
Meanwhile you can opt for short term courses in Finance in order to earn hand on experience.
