hii..im in final sem of btech ec..i want 2 know..can i do phd after b tech directly...or would go for mtech...first..

my aim is to become proffessor. in iit college..for dis what coarse i do opt after btech...mtech or phd...n what prepartion i have to do for achieving dat....:):):) please guide me shiksa:)
