i had been certified hadrware and networking through jetking.. so after b.com ccna will be a right choice?or RHCe?

Doing CCNA alone will not help your cause. You have to also appear for CCNP. Opportunities are ample after one clears both the certification. You can also look at other fiels like Analytics and Data Science as there is no pre requisite for the same. You can check www.theanalytica.com for further cla
