As per your education i.e 15 years, UK would be the best study destination for you, because Universities in US require 16 years of education for MBA.
Also please remember all the good B-schools in UK require minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation for MBA, however there are few universities which offer MBA to fresher as well, for your reference find below some of these universities:
Cardiff University.
Liverpool John Moores University.
Coventry University.
Apart from MBA you can also pursue MSC in Finance, as this course do not require work experience,and is a specialized course in finance.

MAT and CAT exam is good , if you get good score then you can find good colleges in India , in CSR magazine you an get all details about all MBA colleges in India top colleges in India, and their procedure -
You can do in UK univeristes. It si one of the best because it is one year post graduation and you save one yer of your life. Costs less than studying in other places.
