LPU campus is free of drugs and ragging. So, you don't have to care about this and the other point is about teaching, you need to put some effort on your own. Spoon feeding is not done in LPU. -
NO SUCH THINGS IS ACCEPTED INSIDE THE UNIVERSITY IF CAUGHT FROM SUSPENSIONS TO CANCELLATION OF SCHOLARSHIPS TO GETTING RUSTICATED, THIS UNIVERSITY HAS TAKEN EVERY STEP TO MAKE SURE, SUCH INCIDENT DOES NOT HAPPEN.
While outside the university, its the students rational thinking of what he/she is indulging themselves into. It's not like these problems don't happen elsewhere, it has become a very bad disease in our environment destroying life, money, and happiness.

If you are really concerned for this because you yourself do not want to join in that particular institute where drugs are might be trend then you are fortunate enough because LPU came on your mind. LPU is purely a vegetarian campus. It doesnt allow alcohol, drugs and even non-vegetarian in the University premises.
LPU security officials keep a proper check inside the campus with 0 tolerance in the aspect.Random checks are done inside hostels by the security officials and Hostel Wardens.

Drugs are done outside the campus not inside the campus. Rules regarding this is very strict in LPU. I agree that faculty isn't very good here just average but you need to know that self-studies are the best thing in order to gain maximum knowledge. Also, not all faculty is bad some are very good in teaching.
