Please ignore the previous answer since pvt Engg colleges in WB do not mandate a domicile requirement. That being said, the only stream at Heritage that you might have a shot at is Biotech. No chance for anything else. Try Haldia instead.

Well , If our not resident of West Bengal then there is very less chance to get admission in Heritage in any Branch as per last year record. If you are non repeater i suggest then u go for one more chance to jee because heritage is not as good as you guise are thinking. Hope best for ur future.
