You can do MCA or Join advanced course offered by NIIT

You can go for MSC in CSE or in IT or MCA this is good option for you after Bcom, if you want to go for IT field

First you decide what you want to do in IT. if unsure then It's better you do MCA and parallel you do certifications in any one of the techonologies for ex: java,.net,oracle
