It is very nice to hear from you that you are in the last semester of your Diploma in engineering and that you want to pursue your graduation of engineering in Canada. Well, this is a very good idea indeed. Half of Canada is English speaking and hence you can gel with the situation quite comfortably there. However a word of caution. Admissions in Canadian institutions are not exclusively based on academic performance but based on many other parameters.
