Hi Umaa, you may try and look for colleges offering M.Tech without GATE score. There are universities like Anna university, Vellore University, Amity University, Amrita University, Indraprasth University, Dr. D.Y. Patil University, etc which conduct their own entrance exam for the M.Tech aspirants.

Deemed Universities conduct their own examinations. Some colleges conduct departmental tests to fill remaining seats. Again a decent TANCET/PGCET score makes you eligible for admission to colleges in Tamilnadu/Karnataka
