hiii i want to continue my carrier in icwa but my graduation marks are too low .But i think i can work hard to be the best .what can i do

    Stop thinking about what you did in your past, think about your future. You will do good in your ICWA. After you become cost accounts professional none of the company would see what were your marks in graduation.
    About salary, I think average ICWA package is 4-5 lakhs p.a. But salary purely depends on Individuals profile and there is no fixed standards.

    You are absolutely right, You can sucessfully become a cost accountant if you are ready to work hard. Although Only graduation is a criteria to take addmission to Icwa so you need not worry and carry on for you bright future.
