    One of the good ways do do MBA/PGDBM is to go through the CAT exam, get in some merit and get admissiosn of an institute of repute (2 year course). Since you have work experience and probably you are in job right now so doing MBA through distance education form an institute approved by UGC and DEC is another way of doing MBA (this is also 2 yr course). You can also do MBA through part time system if you have this facility in your city (this is generally 3 year course). This is attending MBA classes in the evening. Executive courses of 1 year are also there but probably some more work experience is needed for it and those are regular cl
