HiiiI have score 5.5 now i am trying forcireland "pg course" am i eligibal for this? Or any other country where i can study and settle-down?

I am ccna and mcp certified with 1yr Hardware Networking certi. 6 months Diploma and B.C.A. Graduate with 60%. Also 1.2yrs of teaching experince.and persuing Ccnp.& will become ccnp certified soon.
