Get in touch with the admission department and crack their entrance exam for BBA and for MBA, you need to crack CAT and XAT with good score. -
XLRI would not offer you a BBA program, you should do your undergraduate from a good institution keeping in mind your career ambitions(for example an option might be BSC in Economics if you wish to pursue Finance). Post your under graduation, it is preferable to work for a couple of years in the industry to gain more perspective. For admissions you need to apply to XLRI and write XAT test(generally first sunday of the year). A decent percentile above 90 in all the sections would bag you an interview shortlist, this will be followed by a round of GD and PI for final selection.
