    HI,
    US is one of the finest study destination to pursue Masters and Phd, but as you are pursuing undergraduate degree, you need to complete your Masters degree first, and once your masters is completed you can pursue phd.
    In order to pursue MS from US, you need to have:
    Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
    Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
    GRE score of 1200-1300 plus.
    TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.
    Universities in US have 2 admission in take in a year:
    Fall(August) intake.
    Spring(January) intake.
