well reading newspapers novels that too aloud can certainly help u to improve your English..
also watching English serials news will also be good option for improvement plus your general knowledge and vocabulary

Hi..read atleast one article loudly, evryday and find out the meanings of unknown words at the same point of time..This will increase ur vocabulary.
Moreover, u can take help of ur english teacher or any other person, who has sound knowledge in this field and get to know about correct pronunciation
