U should apply jp institute of information and technology. There are two method of admission.
1=on jee rank.
2=on board marks.
Last date is next month, 30may.
It has 5 campus.

Why u want to go punjab?
U want to do cse, then u should go banglore. If u have applied any competative exam of that area. Like comed - k.
There is great collage for cse.
