1. I had done professional training in shipping holding licence of captain issued from director general of shipping, india and degree equivalent to B.Sc. Nautical Science from Mumbai university is there any chance for applying civil service exam.

What kind of degree you have is not clear. Please write the course name along with College/ Department name you have completed. UPSC Civil Services requires a Bachelors degree, not equivalent degree. So please write about the qualification you have obtained from Mumbai University.
