  • Placements are good. The professional HR certificate that NSB offers is a big advantage in placements.

HR specialization at NSB is a good choice. The Chairman of NSB himself was a former General Manage of HR of ITC group of companies. Th former president of NIPM (National Institute of personnel management) and NHRD ( National Human Resource Devt network) is the advisor for corporate relations at NSB. You can read this information on the governing council pages.
The very strong resource people supported by CHRMP certification (Certified human resource management professional) has given edge to our seniors. I see them recruited by Accenture, IBM, Schneider, CareerNet and many such good companies. Hope I answered you. Good luck

Yes NSB offers decent placements. However offers for HR stream are fewer but truly satisfactory. The number of students, generally get 2 offers at max. with one organization is the trend.
