how 2 apply in big fours 4 articleship i.e. where can i get the application forms? please provide me d link & procedure 2 follow subsequenly

i cleared ipcc both groups this time but not with very good marks. it would be great if i could get the link of application form to apply in any of these big fours preferably ernst and young! would contacting these firms on phone directly work.i am in a fix! please advise!
