Ayush you are asking about the PTU dep Programme than you contact the learning center where you want to admission they can help you in this regard

Dear Ayush ,
You can first contact your college and the other college and ask them if they allow to change the College on Credit Transfer Scheme .
If your colleges permit Credit Transfer then you can change the college from one city to another.
