How about CFA as a career? What is the eligibility criteria of the same? I am in class 12th now.

It would be a good choice. Eligibility criteria for CFA: You should either have 4 years of graduation or 3 years of graduation and 1 year of experience. Whatever you do it Should be a compilation of 4 years. For more details, you can visit the CFA Institute website.
