How about doing B.Sc Visual Communication & B.Tech (Distance Education) in parallel ??

hello. I am doing my 12th. I am planning to do my B.Sc Visual Communication after my 12th. But my parents are forcing me to do B.Tech (Im not interested in B.tech in fact). So i am thinking to do both B.Sc VisCom and B.Tech in parallel. Can i make it ??

    As per the regulation of providing the degree framed by UGC, it is very clear that two degree at same time of period not permuted. So As per provision you can not permitted. But in practice some body take the degree in this manner but they are not able to show it at the same time and same rganisation.
