How about pursuing a PG programme in quantity surveying and contract management after BE in civil engineering?

Of course, that would be very good considering you are a civil engineer. This PG course will add to your experience and qualification. Some companies will prefer a Masters in Contract Management and Quantity Surveying over others. So, go for it if you wish to.
