There is a big demand in Malaysia for civil engineers and the scope is good, if you get into a good university and perform academically well. Malaysia needs at least 200,000 engineers by 2020 in order to attain the status of a developed nation according to some surveys, so you have a good future.
Major companies include Gamuda Berhad, Ranhill Berhad and YTL Corporation. There are many foreign university campuses in Malaysia like:
1. University of Nottingham.
2. Monash University.
So, you can check them as well in addition to their local universities. -
You can do your degree from anywhere. You have to focus on the campus placements.
