Most Universities provide oppurtunities like job fares and Career guidance and some universities will also encourage students to do a more live Projects in order to attain good job offers later the course

in uk you got apportunity after doing MBA but there are not 100 % chance because in these days all countries give visa only for study not for work

Getting employed in UK after completing MBA is very low as the supply demand gap is huge. Unless you are going for MBA to one of top business schools and have considerable work exp, you will have no problems. The better option is to go for a specialist masters course and look for job after that. As
