Welcome shikha to shiksha,summer internships are not that much attractive like placements in XIME.But one thing is surely all 180 people will get internship offer.XIME guarantees it.But the thing is the good companies like Dabur and some successful startups(they wont pay much but give excellent learning) will come to recruit.But they hardly take one or two people.In betweeen management encourages students to get from own contacts.Students will start getting offers from their relatives/family friends.At last(during end of march or 1st week of April)XIME will randomly allocate project and small companies to those who didnot get offer.So...more
